The address says undeliverable

USPS found no deliverable match — apply the suggested correction or edit the address, and it re-validates.

Undeliverable means the address failed USPS validation: the postal service has no deliverable match for what is on the contact. Boxli blocks sends to that contact until it is fixed — deliberately, because the alternative is a box that ships, fails, and costs you a week and a credit finding that out.

Two ways to fix it. If USPS found a close match, the contact shows an Apply correction option — a standardized street line, a corrected ZIP — and one click accepts it. If there is no suggested fix, edit the address by hand; it re-validates automatically on save, so you get an immediate verdict rather than a surprise at ship time.

When editing, the usual culprits are a missing suite or floor number, a company name in the street-address line, an old office for a contact who moved, or a P.O. Box where the recipient needs a street delivery. If you have nothing better to type in, Find Addresses can enrich the contact from their name and company and come back with verified home and office candidates.

Once the address validates, the block lifts on its own — no support step needed, just send.
