What's the minimum order?
30 boxes per design, set by the manufacturing minimum on the IoT brochure run. You can run multiple designs in parallel — say a 30-box premium design for ABM top targets and a 30-box lighter design for post-demo follow-up — and they show up as separate inventory lines in the app.
Do we design what's in each box?
Yes — every box is co-designed with you on a 30-minute discovery call. We scope the gift, the packaging, the brochure spec, and the default landing page together. You approve the proof before we manufacture. Per-send you can still change the video, the landing page URL, and the handwritten note — those don't require a re-design.
What does each box cost?
Depends on the design. Floor is around $100 for a lighter spec; premium designs (custom-printed brochure, higher-spec gift, premium packaging) run higher. We quote on the design call so you see the number before committing. No platform fee on top of the per-box price.
Can we run two different boxes at once?
Yes — most teams do. A common pattern is one premium design for top ABM accounts and a lighter design for higher-volume flows like post-demo follow-up. Each design is its own MOQ, its own per-box price, and its own inventory line in the app with its own name and tag. Both consume 1 credit per send from their respective inventory.
What can I customize per send?
Three things change per recipient without re-designing the box: the video (pre-recorded with AI personalization or shot fresh per recipient), the landing-page URL that the NFC tap opens, and the handwritten note. You set them at send time — manually for one-off sends or pre-configured for automated triggers.
What does the reporting look like?
Every box reports back over its own cellular connection. You see delivery (FedEx tracking), lid open (IoT sensor in the brochure), video watch time second-by-second, geolocation (real GPS, not IP-derived), NFC tap events, and landing-page visits. Per-recipient and per-account rollups, time-of-day analytics, geo heatmap, and pipeline attribution back to HubSpot deals — all in the engagement dashboard. The data also streams into your CRM as contact properties and timeline events.
What about manual vs. automated triggers?
Both work. A rep can manually pick a contact and fire a send from the app in under 30 seconds. Or you can wire a HubSpot workflow / Salesforce process / inbound webhook to trigger sends automatically — for example, "deal stage moves to demo-completed → ship a post-demo box." Both routes pull from the same inventory.
What happens if a box doesn't deliver?
A box is "delivered" when our FedEx integration returns a delivered status for the tracking number. If FedEx reports refused, returned, or undeliverable, the credit refunds automatically and the assigned rep gets a Slack ping with the reason code.
No tickets, no arguing — the credit lands back in your inventory. Force-majeure carve-out (carrier outages, customs holds, natural disasters) detailed in the
Terms of Service.
What if it ships but the recipient never opens it?
The IoT brochure phones home on lid open. If no open event lands within 14 days of confirmed delivery, the credit refunds automatically.
How long do reorders take?
5–7 days on a re-order of an existing design (the tooling and proof are already approved). First runs of a new design are about 2 weeks end-to-end including co-design, approval, and manufacturing.
What if I have leftover inventory and want to cancel?
Inventory is yours to ship out. We don't hold it hostage — if you decide to wind down the program, you can continue triggering sends from the remaining inventory or arrange a final-run send-it-all batch. We don't buy back un-shipped inventory; manufacturing is sunk cost.
Who shouldn't buy boxli?
If your ACV is under $25K or you're running a self-serve PLG motion with no SDR team, the math doesn't pencil — the per-box price won't recover from your funnel. We'll tell you on the demo and walk you back to email or LinkedIn — better to lose the sale than lose the relationship.
