Help Center · Delivery tracking

Every box, accounted for.

The Sends page is mission control: one status per box, from the moment you confirm to the moment the recipient engages. Here's what each state means and where the tracking details live.

The Sends page

Sends in the sidebar lists every box with its current status, engagement count, and campaign. The status tabs across the top filter to exactly the slice you care about.

What each status means

  • Pending — confirmed and in the fulfillment queue; the box is being assembled.
  • Shipped — with the carrier. The tracking number appears on the send's page the moment this happens.
  • Delivered — carrier-confirmed at the door. If Slack is connected, the delivery alert fires here — the warm follow-up window.
  • Engaged — the recipient did something: opened the brochure, watched, scanned. The engagement count starts climbing.
  • Failed — the send couldn't complete (undeliverable address is the usual cause). Credits are refunded automatically and the failure reason is on the send's page.

Inside a single send

Click any row for the send's own page: the five tracking milestones, the tracking number, the recipient's details, and — once they engage — the full attention story.

Address problems, caught early
Connect the Lob integration (Settings → Integrations) and every address is USPS-validated before a box ships — undeliverable sends get blocked before they waste inventory.
After delivery

Don't watch the list — get pinged.
