Your first send, in six steps.
One wizard takes a send from "who" to "confirmed" — contact, box, video, landing pages, message. Here's the walk-through, and what Boxli does the moment you hit confirm.
The Send a Box wizard
Click + New Send — it's in the top right of the Dashboard and the Sends page. The wizard walks six steps; you can move back and forth freely until you confirm.
Contact
Pick who the box goes to. Search your existing contacts or add a new one inline — name, company, and shipping address are all you need.
Box
Choose the box tier for this send. Your available inventory is shown; ordering more boxes is one click from the sidebar.
Video
Attach the video the brochure will play — pick from your library or a personalized variant for this recipient.
Landing pages
Set where the QR and NFC destinations point. Use a page with the Insight Tag installed and time-on-page joins your analytics automatically.
Message
Write the personal note that ships inside the box. Short and human beats clever — it’s the first thing they read.
Confirm
Review everything on one screen and confirm. The send enters the fulfillment queue and a credit is applied.
What happens after you confirm
Every send gets its own page tracking the journey end to end: fulfillment milestones first, then the engagement story once the box lands.

If Slack is connected, the delivery alert and every engagement alert fire automatically using your workspace defaults — nothing extra to configure per send.
