Your video library
Three ways to add a video — upload, record in the browser, or add a link — and how to find them later.
The Videos page is the library every send and campaign draws from. Get a video in once and reuse it anywhere.
Upload a file
Drop in a video file from disk. MP4 plays on the brochure as-is; MOV, AVI, and WebM are accepted and can be converted (see the compatibility article).
Record in the browser
Record yourself directly on the Videos page — camera and microphone, no separate recording tool. Good for quick personalized intros where production polish matters less than speed.
Add a link
Paste a URL to a video hosted elsewhere. Linked videos work for landing-page playback; anything bound for the physical brochure needs a real file Boxli can process.
Find videos later
Filter pills narrow the library by type and status, and you can flip between a grid of thumbnails and a compact list. Every video shows its duration and whether it is brochure-compatible.
From the library you can attach a video to a send in the wizard, set it as a campaign’s video, or build it into a multi-clip sequence.
