From empty workspace to first engagement.
Seven steps, roughly thirty minutes, most of it optional on day one. Do them in order and your first send ships with alerts, analytics, and CRM sync already wired.
The checklist
Connect Slack
Settings → Integrations → Slack →
Add to Slack, pick a channel, done. Every alert your first send generates lands there.
Full guide →Connect your CRM (optional)
HubSpot or Salesforce, same Integrations page. Contacts sync in, and engagement logs back as CRM activity so reps see it where they already work.
Add your contacts
Contacts → add them individually, or let the CRM sync bring them in. A send needs a name, company, and shipping address.
Install the Insight Tag
One line of HTML on the landing page your QR codes point at, and time-on-page joins your analytics.
Install guide →Review alert defaults
Settings → Notifications ships with sensible defaults (first watch, came back, watched-to-the-end…). Tune thresholds and cadences to your team’s taste — every send inherits them.
Send your first box
The six-step wizard: contact, box, video, landing pages, message, confirm.
Walk-through →Watch the dashboard
Delivery milestones stream into the send’s page; the moment your recipient engages, they show up in Follow Up Now and the hot-leads windows below it.
Where the payoff shows up
The Dashboard is built around one question — who should we call right now? The Follow Up Now bar tracks the last 48 hours of engagement, and the hot-leads windows below break it out by signal: first watches, long watches, box travel, landing-page time.
