Three ways to add contacts

Add contacts one at a time, import a CSV, or sync them from HubSpot or Salesforce.

There are three ways to get people into Boxli. Pick whichever matches how many you have and where they live today.

  • Manual — Contacts → Add Contact. Fastest for one person. Name, company, email, and a shipping address.
  • CSV import — Contacts → Import CSV. Upload a file and Boxli auto-normalizes the headers, so your columns do not need to match ours exactly. Invalid rows are shown in a preview before anything imports — fix or drop them, then bring in the rest.
  • CRM sync — connect HubSpot or Salesforce in Settings → Integrations and contacts sync in automatically, staying current as your CRM changes.

Whichever route you take, remember the one hard requirement for sending: a shipping address. CRM records and CSVs often have emails but no street address — Find Addresses can fill those gaps before you send.
