Setup guide: HubSpot
Connect HubSpot for contact sync, engagement on the CRM record, and rep-triggered sends via a checkbox.
The HubSpot connection makes Boxli engagement visible where your reps already work — and lets them trigger sends without leaving the CRM.
Go to Settings → Integrations
Find the HubSpot card and click Connect.
Authorize in HubSpot
HubSpot opens its own OAuth screen. Pick the account, approve, and you land back in Boxli connected. Only owners and admins can connect.
Optionally enable checkbox sends
From the HubSpot card, open the auto-send settings: pick the campaign and box type to use, set the daily cap, and enable. Boxli creates a Send Boxli Box checkbox on HubSpot contacts.
What the connection does once live:
- Contact sync — HubSpot contacts flow into Boxli, so your send audience stays current without CSV shuffling.
- Activity notes — deliveries and engagement get logged on the contact’s HubSpot timeline as notes, so the record shows the box next to the calls and emails.
- A Boxli property group on contacts — Total Attention (seconds), engagement count, and last-engaged timestamp, kept up to date. Reps can sort and build lists on them like any HubSpot property.
- Checkbox sends — a rep ticks Send Boxli Box on a contact and Boxli creates the send automatically.
- Pipeline attribution — deal value sourced, influenced, and won shows up in the pipeline section of your Analytics page.
Checkbox sends have two guardrails. The daily cap limits how many sends the checkbox can queue per day, so a bulk list edit in HubSpot cannot ship your whole inventory. And a send still needs a deliverable address — a checked contact without one will not silently ship to nowhere.
Note
Connected before checkbox sends existed? Reconnect from the same card to grant the newer permissions — the checkbox cannot be created in HubSpot until you do.
