Your onboarding checklist
Seven steps from a fresh workspace to your first engaged recipient — alerts, contacts, the Insight Tag, and the first send.
Seven steps take you from an empty workspace to a first send that ships with alerts, analytics, and CRM sync already wired. Most are optional on day one — do them in order and nothing needs redoing later.
Connect Slack
Settings → Integrations, then Add to Slack on the Slack card. Pick a channel and every alert your sends generate lands there — deliveries, first scans, deep watches.
Connect your CRM (optional)
HubSpot or Salesforce, on the same Integrations page. Contacts sync in, and engagement flows back where your reps already work.
Add contacts
Three ways: add one manually, import a CSV, or let the CRM sync bring them in. A send needs a shipping address, so favor sources that have one.
Install the Insight Tag on your site
Settings → Domains. One script line on your landing page and time-on-page counts toward Total Attention.
Review alert defaults
The Notifications page ships with sensible defaults. Tune which rules fire and how often — every send inherits them.
Send your first box
The Send a Box wizard walks five steps: Contact, Box, Video Brochure, Notifications, Confirm.
Watch the dashboard
Delivery milestones stream into the send page. The moment your recipient opens the box or scans a code, the engagement story starts.
Note
Slack first is deliberate: two clicks now means your very first delivery pings the team channel, and every engagement after it.
