Bulk import & send

Upload a CSV, review valid and invalid rows, and fire one send per valid row.

When one recipient at a time is too slow — an event list, a target-account push, a quarter-end wave — Bulk gets a whole CSV out the door in one pass. Each valid row becomes its own send, with its own tracking and its own engagement story.

1
Open Send → Bulk
The bulk flow lives alongside the single-send wizard.
2
Upload your CSV
Drag and drop the file, or click to browse. The file is parsed right in your browser — nothing uploads until you commit, so you can iterate on the file freely.
3
Review valid vs invalid rows
Rows are split into valid and invalid. Invalid rows show what is wrong — usually a missing or unusable shipping address. Fix the source file and re-upload, or proceed with just the valid rows.
4
Fire the batch
Confirm, and each valid row becomes a send in the fulfillment queue. Invalid rows are skipped, not silently dropped into limbo — you saw exactly which ones before firing.

After the batch fires, every send behaves like a normal single send: it appears on the Sends page with its own status, gets a tracking number when it ships, and reports engagement individually. Alerts fire per send using your workspace defaults.

Watch your stock before firing a large batch — a bulk run draws down inventory fast, and out-of-stock box types block sends. The Boxes page shows stock per type and takes reorder requests.
