The engagement photo QR

Add a photo with a tracked QR code baked in — scans attribute to the send like any other code.

Beyond the standard printed codes, you can include a photo in the box with a tracked QR code baked directly into the image — a team photo with a "scan to meet us" code, a product shot that links to a demo, a personal note card with a calendar link.

You set it up in the editor during the send flow or when building a campaign: upload the photo, then adjust the QR code’s position and color until it sits naturally in the image. The code is rendered into the artwork itself, so what ships is one clean printed photo, not a photo with a sticker on it.

Tracking works exactly like every other code in the box. A scan of the photo QR attributes to the send, shows up in its engagement story, fires any matching alert rules, and — if the destination has the Insight Tag — contributes landing-page time to Total Attention.

Because it is a per-send tracked code, you also see which physical artifact earned the scan. If recipients consistently scan the photo over the standard codes, that tells you something about what to lead with next time.
