Add to Slack, pick a channel, and engagement alerts post where your team already is.
Slack is the two-minute integration with the biggest day-to-day payoff: the moment a box is delivered, scanned, or watched deep, the alert lands in a channel your team actually reads.
Setup: Settings → Integrations, find the Slack card, click Add to Slack. Slack opens its authorization screen — pick the channel that should receive alerts (a shared team channel beats a DM, so anyone can follow up) and click Allow. You are bounced back to Boxli and the connection is live; the card shows which channel alerts post to. Only owners and admins can connect.
To confirm everything is wired, hit the Test button on the card — a test message posts to the channel immediately. If it does not arrive, see the troubleshooting FAQ.
Which alerts fire, and how often, is not configured here: the Notifications page owns your alert rules — first engagements, deep watches, pass-arounds, and the rest — and every send inherits those workspace defaults. The Slack card decides where alerts go; the rules decide when.
Every guide here lives in the in-app Help Center too — open Help in the sidebar.
