The notification feed

The in-app record of deliveries, scans, and alert fires — for the whole team.

The bell icon in the dashboard opens your notification feed, and the Notifications page shows the same stream in full. It is the in-app record of everything worth knowing: boxes delivered, brochures scanned, and every alert rule that fired, in one reverse-chronological list.

Unread items are marked, so the bell tells you at a glance whether anything happened since you last looked. Clicking an item takes you to the send or contact it is about.

Everyone in the workspace sees the feed — members included — so the whole team shares one picture of what recipients are doing. Managing the alert rules themselves (creating, editing, pausing) is an admin capability; members consume the feed, admins tune what lands in it.

The feed and Slack are two views of the same events: Slack is for the moment it happens, the feed is the durable record you can scroll back through.
