The four shipping emails a recipient can receive, and where to control them.
Boxli can email your recipient at four moments in a box’s journey: a gift announcement (something is on its way), shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. These go to the recipient, not your team — they build anticipation and make sure the box does not sit unnoticed in a mailroom.
You choose per send which of the four to enable — the send wizard has the toggles. A surprise-and-delight play might skip the announcement so the box lands cold; a high-stakes executive send might enable everything so the recipient’s assistant knows to watch for it.
Your workspace defaults live in Settings → Account, so the wizard starts from the combination you usually want and you only touch the toggles on exceptions. In a campaign workflow, the Recipient notifications step carries the same choices for every send the campaign creates.
These shipping emails are separate from workflow follow-up emails, which come from your connected Gmail and are steps you place in a workflow.
Every guide here lives in the in-app Help Center too — open Help in the sidebar.
