Connect Slack for engagement alerts

Two clicks connect Boxli to a Slack channel — deliveries, first scans, and deep watches post as they happen.

The moment a recipient opens their box, scans a code, or watches deep into your video, your team can hear about it in the channel where they already work. Connecting takes about a minute.

1
Go to Settings → Integrations
Find the Slack card.
2
Click "Add to Slack"
Slack opens its own authorization screen.
3
Pick a channel
Choose the channel that should receive alerts — a shared team channel works best, so engagement is visible to everyone who follows up.
4
Click Allow
You are bounced back to Boxli and the connection is live.

From then on, alerts post automatically: box delivered, first scan, deep watches, and the other engagement moments worth acting on. Each alert carries the contact and a link back to the send, so the follow-up is one click away.

Which rules fire, and how often, is managed on the Notifications page — every send inherits those defaults, so you configure alerting once, not per send.

Note
Connect Slack before your first send and the very first delivery alert lands in your channel — the warmest possible moment to follow up.
