Send your first box
The five-step Send a Box wizard, from picking a contact to confirming the send.
One wizard takes a send from "who" to "confirmed". Open Send a Box and it walks five steps — you can move back and forth freely until you confirm.
Contact
Pick who the box goes to. Search your existing contacts or add one on the spot. A shipping address is required — if you only have a name and company, Find Addresses can track one down for you.
Box
Choose from your box types. Current stock is shown for each, so you know what is ready to ship.
Video Brochure
Pick the video the brochure will play, or record one. You can also set up a multi-clip sequence if you want more than a single video on the screen.
Notifications
Choose which shipping emails the recipient gets — gift announcement, shipped, out for delivery, delivered. All optional.
Confirm
Review everything on one screen and send. The send enters the fulfillment queue — Boxli packs and ships from there.
After you confirm, the send gets its own page tracking the journey end to end: fulfillment milestones first, then the engagement story once the box lands. If Slack is connected, alerts fire automatically using your workspace defaults — nothing extra to configure per send.
