Optional emails to the recipient — gift announcement, shipped, out for delivery, delivered — chosen per send.
Boxli can email the recipient at the key shipping moments, so the box does not arrive as a total mystery — or so the anticipation builds before it lands. Four email types are available:
All four are optional, and you choose which ones fire per send, in the wizard’s Notifications step. Sending to a cold prospect you want intrigued? Skip everything and let the box be a surprise. Sending to a champion mid-deal? The gift announcement gives them a reason to smile before it even ships.
The sender identity on these emails — the name your recipient sees — is configurable in Settings → Account, along with which email types are enabled by default. The wizard starts from those defaults on each send, so you only touch the Notifications step when a send should differ.
