Starting from a template

Use the template gallery or a playbook to prefill a campaign instead of building from scratch.

You rarely need to build a campaign from a blank canvas. When you create a campaign, a template gallery offers ready-made workflows for common plays. Pick one and the workflow lands on the canvas fully wired — steps, timing, and conditions in place — ready for you to adjust in the builder before publishing.

Templates are starting points, not locked recipes. Every card is editable after you pick one: swap the video, change delays, add or remove steps, rewire branches.

Playbooks are the other way in. A playbook describes a full motion — who to target, what to send, how to follow up — and its Start campaign button prefills a new campaign from that playbook. From there it is the same flow: review the workflow, attach your video and box setup, and publish.

Either way, nothing runs until you publish and activate the campaign, so you can take a template apart and rebuild it safely.
