Every workflow step type
A reference list of the step types you can add to a campaign workflow.
These are the cards you can add in the workflow builder. Each one runs on its own timing (immediately, after delivery, or after scan, plus an optional delay).
- Send box — ships the physical box. Usually the first step; the rest of the workflow keys off its delivery and engagement.
- Engagement trigger — a wait-for-event card. The run parks here until the recipient does the configured thing (first watch, watched to the end, came back, and so on), then continues.
- Send email — sends a follow-up email to the recipient from your connected Gmail account, so it comes from a real inbox.
- Slack alert — posts to your connected Slack when the step runs.
- Webhook call — POSTs the send’s data to any endpoint you provide.
- HubSpot action — updates HubSpot: log activity or move the deal along, based on the action you configure.
- Notify team email — emails your own team (the assigned rep or workspace admins), not the recipient.
- CRM task — creates an in-app task for the assigned rep inside Boxli.
- Condition — checks delivered, engaged, or watched percentage within N days and forks the workflow into yes/no branches.
- Recipient notifications — controls the shipping emails the recipient gets (announcement, shipped, out for delivery, delivered).
- LinkedIn — creates a manual task prompting the rep to reach out on LinkedIn. Automated LinkedIn sending is not built in yet.
