The workflow builder

How to navigate the canvas, add and reorder steps, set timing, and publish.

Every campaign has a workflow: a chain of steps that runs for each person enrolled. The builder is a canvas — your workflow is drawn as cards connected top to bottom, with condition cards forking into branches.

1
Move around the canvas
Drag empty space to pan. Pinch on a trackpad, or hold Ctrl and scroll, to zoom. The whole workflow stays visible — branches spread out side by side.
2
Add a step
Click the + between cards (or at the end of a chain) and pick a step type from the menu. The new card drops into place at that point in the chain.
3
Reorder by dragging
Drag any card to a new position — within its chain or across to another branch. Drop targets highlight as you drag.
4
Set each card’s timing
Every card carries its own timing: it starts Immediately, after delivery, or after scan, plus an optional delay (hours, days, or weeks). There are no separate wait steps — the timing lives on the card that uses it.
5
Fork with a condition
A condition card checks something about the send — delivered, engaged, or watched at least a given percentage, within N days — and forks the chain into a yes branch and a no branch. Branches never merge back; each continues on its own.
6
Publish
Publish validates every card’s configuration before the workflow goes live — a webhook step without a URL, or an email step without a connected Gmail, blocks publishing with a pointer to the card that needs attention.

You do not have to start from a blank canvas: when you create a campaign, a template gallery offers ready-made workflows you can pick and then adjust.
