A flat platform membership plus per-box pricing — manage it all in Settings → Billing.
Boxli pricing has two parts: a flat platform membership, and per-box pricing for the boxes you actually send. The membership covers the platform — tracking, analytics, integrations, alerts — and the per-box price covers the physical product and fulfillment.
Settings → Billing is the one place to manage it. There you can see your current membership, update the payment method on file, and view your invoices.
Billing is powered by Stripe, so card handling and invoicing work the way you would expect: your payment details are stored with Stripe, not Boxli, and every invoice is available on the Billing page when you need it for expense reports or accounting.
Billing is admin-gated — members do not see or manage it. If you need access and cannot see the Billing page, ask a workspace owner or admin to update your role.
