Team members and roles
Invite teammates from Settings → Team; owner, admin, and member roles decide who can change what.
Boxli works best when the whole team sees engagement, not just the person who sent the box. Settings → Team is where you bring people in and control what they can change.
The three roles
- Owner — full control of the workspace, including everything admins can do.
- Admin — can invite teammates and manage the workspace’s configuration.
- Member — sees the data: sends, contacts, engagement, the dashboard. Cannot change workspace-level settings.
The admin-gated areas are alert-rule editing, integrations, and billing. Members can work the pipeline — watch engagement, follow up on hot sends — without being able to rewire the workspace underneath everyone.
Inviting someone
Open Settings → Team
Owners and admins can invite; members cannot.
Send an email invite
Enter their email and pick a role. They get an invite email with a link to join the workspace.
Track it in the pending list
Until they accept, the invite sits in the pending list on the same page. Sent it to the wrong address, or plans changed? Cancel it from there.
A good default: reps as members, whoever owns the gifting program as admin. Everyone sees the signal; a small group controls the plumbing.
