The workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar moves you between workspaces — each fully separate.
A Boxli account can belong to more than one workspace — an agency running gifting for several clients, a company with separate teams, or simply a sandbox alongside production.
The workspace switcher sits at the top of the sidebar. Click it, pick a workspace, and the whole app switches context.
Workspaces are fully separate: each has its own contacts, its own sends, and its own integrations. Connecting Slack or a CRM in one workspace does nothing in another; engagement data never crosses between them. That separation is the point — client A’s pipeline and client B’s pipeline stay entirely apart, even when the same person works both.
It also means setup is per workspace. If a workspace looks emptier than you expect — no contacts, no integrations connected — check the switcher first: you are probably in a different workspace than you think. Joining an additional workspace happens by invite from that workspace’s owner or admin, via Settings → Team on their side.
Every guide here lives in the in-app Help Center too — open Help in the sidebar.
