Setup guide: Sendspark

Connect Sendspark and every brochure can carry an AI-personalized video addressing the recipient by name.

With Sendspark connected, you record one base video and Boxli gets a personalized version per recipient — the AI clones the speaker’s voice to greet each prospect by name. The personalized cut renders in Sendspark and attaches to the send’s brochure automatically.

1
Create your base Dynamic Video in Sendspark
Record it with a {firstName} placeholder where the name should be spoken. This is the template every personalized version is generated from.
2
Collect your three credentials
In Sendspark, copy the Workspace ID, the API Key (shared across your team), and your Secret Key — the one next to your name in the API & Secret Keys table.
3
Paste them into Boxli
Settings → Integrations, Sendspark card, Connect. Enter the Workspace ID, API Key, and API Secret, then save.
4
Use it on sends
With the connection live, sends can use Sendspark personalization: Boxli requests a personalized render for the recipient and attaches it to the brochure when it is ready.

One thing to expect: rendering is asynchronous. The personalized video takes time to generate on Sendspark’s side, so it is requested when the send is created and attached automatically when ready — nothing for you to poll or paste. Fulfillment gets the finished, personalized video for that recipient’s brochure.

The result on the recipient’s end is the point: they lift the lid and the video greets them by name, in your voice. Combined with the box itself, it is about as far from a templated email as outreach gets.
